Return & Refund Policy

At 662 Graffix, every order is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, personalized, or printed on demand, please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, made-to-order, and printed items are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom t-shirts, apparel, team gear, banners, signs, decals, vehicle graphics, personalized designs, and any item created specifically for a customer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our mistake, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Customer-Approved Designs

For custom design orders, customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, and design details before approval. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may not be available.

Sizing Issues

Please make sure to select the correct size before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Size exchanges may only be available on select non-custom items, if inventory allows.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once an item has been printed, customized, or prepared for production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
