662 Graffix provides custom graphics, apparel, signs, banners, decals, vehicle graphics, sports gear, and personalized products. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

2. Custom Orders

Many products sold by 662 Graffix are custom-made, personalized, or printed on demand. Customers are responsible for providing correct information, including names, numbers, sizes, colors, spelling, logos, design details, and any other customization requests.

Once a custom design is approved and production has started, changes, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges may not be available.

3. Design Approval

For custom design work, customers may be asked to approve a mockup or proof before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details before approval.

This includes spelling, grammar, names, numbers, colors, layout, image quality, and sizing. Once approved, 662 Graffix is not responsible for errors that were included in the approved design.

4. Product Colors and Images

We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, material type, shirt color, or print method.

Minor color differences between the digital mockup and the finished product are possible and do not qualify as a defect.

5. Customer-Provided Artwork

If you submit logos, images, names, trademarks, or artwork for use in a custom order, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission to use those materials.

662 Graffix is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership issues related to customer-provided artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any design request that we believe may violate copyright, trademark, licensing rights, or our business standards.

6. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be completed before an order is processed, unless otherwise agreed upon.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders, or refuse orders if incorrect pricing or product information appears on the website.

7. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of product, order size, design work needed, supply availability, and current workload.

Estimated completion or delivery times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Delays may occur due to production issues, shipping carriers, weather, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on the carrier and delivery location. Once an order has been shipped, 662 Graffix is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or delivery issues outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or printed on demand, all custom items are final sale unless there is an error on our part, or the item arrives damaged or defective.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product photos, logos, website content, text, and branding created by 662 Graffix remain the property of 662 Graffix unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our designs without permission.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the website.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that includes offensive, hateful, threatening, illegal, or inappropriate content.

662 Graffix is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, or custom designs.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
